About the job

Role: Business development executive
Experience required: 6 months to 1 year
Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, emails, bidding platforms, and networking.
2. Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to deal closure.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term success.
5. Use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and communications.
6. Work closely with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings.
7. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.

A. Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 

2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 

3. CRM experience and experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. 

4. Demonstrated sales success is preferred. 

5. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 

6. Quick learner with a strong interest in business growth and client acquisition. 

B. Preferred skills:

1. Familiarity with platforms/tools such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.

2. Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and online service marketplaces.

3. Knowledge of cloud/big data tech stacks is a plus.
