Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Finance Analytics

The Senior Manager for Finance Analytics will lead strategic initiatives to optimize commercial and financial performance through advanced analytics. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in retail analytics finance strategies and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance commercial and financial performance using advanced analytics.
Hands on financial modelling and analysis to support budgeting forecasting and strategic planning.
Team Development - Manage team of analysts fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing sales and finance teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
Technical experience in Python SQL R ( is plus) and Exposure to Gen AI.
Ensure data quality validation and transformation logic aligns with business rules and reporting standards.
Experience in CPG / Retail / Healthcare industry would be good to have.
Utilize ERP applications/modules and legacy systems for financial data management.
Participate in Lean/Kaizen events to improve financial processes.

Qualifications - We seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in business Finance marketing data science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Technical Skills - Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python R SQL GenAI and advanced Excel.
Leadership Skills - Proven ability to lead teams manage projects and drive change within an organization.
