About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements and specifications.2. Develop detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics
3. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to understand design needs.
4. Modify and revise designs as per feedback and change requests.
5. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and design documentation.
6. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
7. Maintain organized CAD files and version control.
8. Support manufacturing/production teams with design clarifications.
Skill(s) required
AutoCAD Autodesk Fusion 360 SolidWorks
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Experience with sheet metal, plastic, or product design.
2. Experience in IT/telecom/industrial design projects
3. Good knowledge of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
4. Ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹22,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,40,000 - 4,30,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,90,000 - 3,60,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 70,000 /year
