Zoho Associate (Automation & Systems)

Company: SimplifiQ Location: Remote Why This Role Exists At SimplifiQ, we don’t just “implement Zoho.” We design business systems that remove chaos from operations. We’re looking for someone who can think beyond modules , understand how businesses actually run, and build clean, scalable automations using the Zoho ecosystem. This role also acts as a bridge between execution and leadership , with responsibility to guide junior team members and interns. What You’ll Actually Do Own end-to-end Zoho implementations (not just tasks) Translate messy client requirements into structured workflows Architect and optimize systems across: Zoho CRM Zoho Books & Inventory Zoho People Zoho FSM Write clean, scalable Deluge scripts (not patchwork fixes) Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and custom logic Run client demos that make sense to business users Proactively identify inefficiencies and improve system design Mentor and manage interns/junior resources: Assign tasks and review their work Provide guidance on Zoho implementations and best practices Ensure quality and timely completion of their deliverables Troubleshoot issues independently and drive resolution What We’re Looking For Core Requirements 2+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience Strong expertise in Deluge scripting Experience across multiple Zoho apps (not just CRM) Solid understanding of business workflows (sales, finance, HR, ops) High-Signal Traits (What sets you apart) You take ownership from problem → solution → delivery You can guide others , not just do the work yourself You simplify complexity instead of ov
