Your future role
- Drive sales and business development for municipal projects, with a focus on STP, WTP, ETP, and related treatment systems
- Promote municipal water and wastewater treatment solutions and related equipment across a range of treatment technologies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key municipal stakeholders
- Deliver compelling presentations to both technical stakeholders and decision-makers
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with a solid understanding of commercial terms, contract structures, and proposal conditions
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely and effective responses to tenders, proposals, and customer needs
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university or college
- 6 to 11 years of relevant experience in municipal sales
- Experience selling water and wastewater treatment solutions and related equipment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles
- Solid commercial acumen, including an understanding of contracts, proposals, and tender processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
