About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI-driven workflows across business development, marketing, and operations
2. Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, handling the full BD pipeline from target identification to outreach and conversion
3. Drive AI adoption across teams by integrating tools and automations into daily workflows to improve efficiency and output
4. Work closely with founders on high-impact strategic initiatives, contributing to core business decisions and execution
5. Collaborate with internal teams, delivery partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
6. Continuously test, iterate, and improve processes to enhance scalability, performance, and business outcomes

1. 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, startups, or marketing (minimum 1 year of post-graduation experience required; freshers not eligible)

2. Strong curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms

3. Ability to build, manage, and debug multi-step AI workflows beyond basic prompt usage

4. Educational background in engineering or business from a reputed institution, with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

5. Good business acumen with the ability to understand context before implementing automation or solutions

6. Interest or exposure to B2B marketing is an added advantage

7. Self-driven and independent, with a focus on owning outcomes rather than just completing assigned tasks

8. Must be a postgraduate.
