Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operational activities and workflows.2. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders for timely task completion.
3. Maintain reports, dashboards, and data entries with high accuracy.
4. Monitor process compliance and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
6. Escalate issues whenever required to ensure smooth execution.
7. Maintain MIS records and operational documentation.

6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
