Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with the founder on cross-functional projects involving data analysis, strategic planning, and new business initiatives
  
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that influence key business decisions
  
• Help define, test, and refine new ideas through structured experimentation and iteration
  
• Tackle open-ended, undefined problems by breaking them down into clear, executable steps
  
• Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact
