About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle HR Generalist activities, including Time Office management, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Systems, and Training & Development.2. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and internal programs.
3. Prepare reports, MIS data, HR documentation, and other related records.
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes through various sourcing channels.
5. Handle joining formalities, employee onboarding, induction, and appointment letter processes for new joiners.
6. Conduct induction and orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
7. Maintain employee databases, files, attendance records, leave records, and HR trackers.
8. Prepare salary breakups and support payroll processing activities.
9. Maintain HR registers, files, and statutory records accurately.
10. Generate and share MIS reports and HR-related reports regularly.
11. Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employee-related documentation as required.
12. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements to minimize legal risks.
13. Handle payroll reporting and ensure compliance with internal and statutory obligations.
14. Conduct employee engagement activities and support employee welfare initiatives.
15. Coordinate with different departments for HR-related operations and support.
16. Work independently with minimal supervision and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Requirements:
1. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Experience in the Automobile or Industrial Products industry will be preferred.
4. Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement processes.
