About the job

We're looking for high-ownership B2B SDRs to build and own our entire partnerships pipeline, schools, coaching centres, and tutor networks. This isn't a role where you execute someone else's playbook; you're building the playbook, owning your territory end-to-end, and getting paid like it. If you want a desk job with a fixed script, this isn't it. If you want to build something and get compensated directly for what you close, keep reading.

Key responsibilities:

1. Full-cycle partnership sales- Identify, pitch, and close schools, coaching centres, and tutor networks.
2. Your own territory and targets - You'll set up your pipeline, prioritise your own outreach list, and be measured on real outcomes: partnerships signed and actually activated (not just meetings booked).
3. Direct founder access on strategy- Work closely with the founder and Head of Sales to shape how we approach schools and institutions, not just execute a fixed script someone else wrote.
