Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agentforce Technical Team Lead with a strong blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce technical experience, including 2- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce and proven expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage with clients, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, lead delivery teams and drive successful implementations across the Salesforce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.- Provide technical direction and governance for Salesforce programs and projects.- Review and approve solution design, architecture artifacts and development standards.- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, scalability and performance guidelines.- Drive innovation through adoption of new Salesforce capabilities and AI-powered solutions.Client & Solution Leadership :- Engage directly with business stakeholders, product owners and client leadership teams to understand business objectives and challenges.- Conduct solution workshops, requirement discovery sessions and architecture reviews.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best-fit Salesforce and AI-driven solutions.- Present technical solutions, implementation approaches and roadmap recommendations to senior stakeholders.Data Cloud & Agentforce :- Design and implement Data Cloud solutions including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.- Build customer 360 use cases leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud.- Lead Agentforce implementations, agent design, prompt engineering, grounding strategies and AI-driven business workflows.- Integrate Agentforce and Data Cloud with CRM and Service processes to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.Team Leadership & Delivery :- Lead and mentor a team of 8 -10 Salesforce developers, consultants and technical specialists.- Drive sprint planning, technical reviews, code quality and release management activities.- Manage project risks, technical dependencies and delivery timelines.- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and accountability.Integration & Development :- Design and oversee integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware and external enterprise applications.- Guide development activities involving Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and Salesforce automation capabilities.- Ensure solution maintainability, reusability and governance across implementations.Required Skills & Experience :- Experience : 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience in technical delivery and solution design.- Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.- Experience : Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation and transformation programs.- Experience : Experience managing and mentoring teams of 8-10 members.Salesforce Expertise :- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud- Strong expertise in Service Cloud- Strong expertise in Experience Cloud- Strong expertise in Data Cloud- Strong expertise in Agentforce- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.- Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Automation, Integrations and Security Model.Client & Leadership Skills :- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.- Strong consultative and solution-oriented mindset.- Ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Technical Skills :- Salesforce Platform Development- Enterprise Integration Patterns- REST/SOAP APIs- Platform Events- Identity & Access Management- DevOps and CI/CD practices- Agile/Scrum DeliveryPreferred Qualifications :- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.- Salesforce AI Associate and/or Agentforce Specialist Certification.- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications.- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.- Exposure to industry domains such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare or Technology.What Success Looks Like :- Deliver high-quality Salesforce and AI-powered solutions that drive business value.- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted technology advisor.- Successfully lead and develop high-performing technical teams.- Drive adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce capabilities to accelerate customer experience transformation.Location : Bangalore (Hybrid/Onsite as per business requirements)Experience : 10+ Years Salesforce- 2 - 3 Years Data Cloud & Agentforce- Team Leadership Experience of 8 - 10 Members (ref:hirist.tech)
