Job Description

As part of a stainless steel furnace modification project , we are looking for a hands-on  Process Manager to support the modification and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and process expertise during the modification and commissioning of the stainless steel furnace .
• Monitor and optimize furnace process parameters during commissioning and start-up.
• Analyze process performance and identify deviations or technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal furnace operation.
• Support testing, commissioning and production start-up activities.
• Work closely with the Commissioning Manager, engineering, automation, maintenance and production teams.
• Provide technical recommendations and support to the project team on site.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel (INOX) furnace processes.
• Proven and confirmed experience in the commissioning and start-up of stainless steel furnaces is essential.
• Experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience in industrial furnace modification, revamping or upgrade projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
• Availability for a 3-week on-site assignment.
