Audit Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Reconciliation:

   • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliation of vendor accounts.

   • Ensure accurate and timely recording of vendor transactions in Tally.

2. Trust Accounts Management:

   • Maintain and manage all trust accounts for companyin Tally.

   • Ensure proper accounting entries, reporting, and compliance with financial regulations.

3. GST Reconciliation:

   • Reconcile GSTR accounts and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

   • Resolve discrepancies between books of accounts and GST filings.

4. Bank Operations:

   • Handle all bank-related tasks, including Re-KYC, documentation, and other banking formalities.

   • Maintain accurate records of bank statements, transactions, and reconciliations.

5. Store Audit & Visits:

   • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with accounting and operational procedures.

   • Assist in auditing stock and financial records during visits.

6. Reporting:

   • Prepare periodic financial reports and assist management in decision-making.

   • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial documentation.
