Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top-tier IT talent for various roles within the organization.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer extension.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote ESK Technologies as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- A passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
