As we grow, we're looking for people who understand how to translate this philosophy into thoughtful communication across platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design creatives for social media, including Instagram posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Create visuals for campaigns, in-store signage, packaging, decks, and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate on brand campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Maintain and evolve Roastery's visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.
- Translate briefs into thoughtful, emotion-led visual communication.
- Occasionally dabble in light motion/animation for digital platforms (a plus, not mandatory).
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of full-time design experience in branding, digital content, or F&B/lifestyle
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design with tone, mood, and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and/or Figma
- A strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and texture
- Someone who thinks beyond aesthetics, understands brand, emotion, and function
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
