About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Neuron Academy sessions to Grade 9-12 students across school campuses.
2. Conduct activity-based lessons using provided curriculum, lesson plans, card decks, and presentation materials.
3. Manage classroom sessions of up to 50 students while maintaining engagement and participation.
4. Explain technology, software, data, and AI concepts through simple analogies and real-world examples without relying on complex maths or coding.
5. Brief and support school teachers assisting during classroom activities.
6. Gather feedback on session effectiveness and share insights to improve curriculum and learning experiences.
7. Travel to school campuses across Pune and conduct sessions during weekday mornings.

Other requirements

1. Strong technology background with practical experience in software, data, or AI.

3. Ability to simplify complex concepts through storytelling, examples, and analogies.

4. Availability during weekday mornings in school hours and willingness to travel across Pune.

5. Prior teaching, training, mentoring, or facilitation experience is preferred.

6. Hands-on experience with machine learning is a plus.
