The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Warehouse Management (WM), with hands-on experience in S/4HANA migration/implementation projects, warehouse operations, and production support. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP modules to deliver robust warehouse management solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and design SAP EWM/WM solutions aligned with warehouse operations.- Configure, customize, and support SAP EWM/WM functionalities based on business needs.- Manage end-to-end warehouse processes including:1. Goods Receipt (GR)2. Putaway3. Internal Warehouse Movements4. Replenishment5. Picking6. Packing7. Staging8. Goods Issue (GI)9. Physical Inventory10. Stock Transfers11. Returns Processing- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration, rollout, implementation, and support projects.- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices for warehouse optimization.- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, user exits, BADIs, and custom developments.- Perform ABAP debugging to analyze issues, identify root causes, and support technical troubleshooting.- Support integration between SAP EWM/WM and SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, and other SAP modules.- Execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.- Resolve production support incidents within defined SLAs and participate in root cause analysis.- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, user manuals, and knowledge transfer materials.- Coordinate with Basis, Technical, and Functional teams during deployments and transport management.- Participate in go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills:- 58 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM/WM.- Strong expertise in warehouse business processes and SAP EWM configuration.- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.- Strong knowledge of:1. PPF Actions- Hands-on experience in ABAP Debugging for issue analysis and troubleshooting.- Experience with IDocs, RFCs, APIs, and integration scenarios.- Good understanding of SAP MM, SD, PP, and QM integration.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP EWM implementation or S/4HANA migration project.- Exposure to RF devices, barcode solutions, warehouse automation, and third-party logistics integration is an added advantage.- SAP EWM certification is a plus.Mandatory Requirements:- Current Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag) only.- Work Mode: Work From Office (No Remote/Hybrid).- Experience: 58 years in SAP EWM/WM.- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only.- S/4HANA migration experience is mandatory.- ABAP Debugging experience is mandatory.
