We handle regulatory compliance, bank onboarding, and reconciliation so our partners can focus entirely on user experience.Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3 months to 1 year of internship or professional experience. The ideal candidate should not be a beginner or blank slate - they must already have hands-on experience with design tools and a basic understanding of design principles and workflows.This role is ideal for someone who has worked on real projects (internship/freelance/full-time) and understands how creative concepts are translated into final deliverables.Key Responsibilities:Design social media creatives, banners, posters, emailers, and marketing collateralsCreate basic branding materials such as logos, brochures, and presentationsWork closely with the marketing/content team to understand briefs and deliver creatives on timeAdapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (digital & print)Make revisions based on feedback quickly and efficientlyMaintain brand consistency across all creativesPrepare final files for print and digital publishingRequired Skills & Qualifications:3 months to 1 year of internship or work experience in graphic designProficiency in design tools such as:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorFigmaCanva (basic understanding)Basic understanding of:TypographyColor theoryLayout and compositionBranding fundamentalsUnderstanding of file formats, resolution, and print basicsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication skills and openness to feedbackGood to Have:Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Da Vinci /Premiere Pro /After Effects)Experience working on social media campaignsBasic UI/UX understandingPortfolio showcasing real projects (internship/freelance/live projects preferred)Experimented with AI workflows (Runway, Midjourney, Lottie, Veo etc)What We Expect:Someone who already understands how creative workflows operateAbility to understand a brief without extensive hand-holdingProactive mindset and willingness to learnAttention to detail and creative thinking Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Graphic Designing and Design thinking
