SDET-I Software Development Engineer in Test

We are looking for an SDET-I who is passionate about automation, quality engineering, and building scalable solutions that improve release confidence and engineering efficiency.

What Youll Do

• Build and maintain front-end automation for Android and iOS mobile applications , with a focus on reliable and scalable automation.
• Understand critical user journeys and business workflows and identify the right scenarios to automate based on risk, impact and usage.
• Take end-to-end ownership of automation from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to implementation, execution, debugging and continuous improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives proactively and continuously identify gaps in automation coverage and quality.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast and actionable feedback during development and releases.
• Focus on outcomes, not test-case count improve regression time, automation reliability, defect detection and release confidence.
• Use AI/GenAI tools and approaches to accelerate test-case generation, automation development, test maintenance, failure analysis and identify new automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product and QA teams to build testable, high-quality products .
• Investigate automation failures, perform root-cause analysis and ensure issues are driven to closure.

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in SDET / QA Automation / Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience with mobile automation using Appium, MCP, Flutter testing frameworks or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Dart or similar .
• Good understanding of UI, API and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git and automation frameworks .
• Experience using AI/GenAI for test automation or software testing is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.
• A quality and outcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
