CrossAsyst - Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Python + React.js + AWS)Experience : 4+ YearsLocation : Airoli, Navi Mumbai (work from office)Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Python and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and a solid understanding of AWS cloud services. This role requires someone who can design, develop, and deploy scalable applications while adhering to best practices in software engineering.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures- Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices- Troubleshoot and debug production issues efficientlyRequired Skills & Qualifications : Backend : - Strong experience in Python (preferably with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI)- Experience in building scalable APIs and backend servicesFrontend : - Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3- Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Context API)Database : - Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL- Knowledge of query optimization and schema designCloud & DevOps : - Hands-on experience with AWS services : 1. IAM (Identity and Access Management)2. S3 (Storage)3. EC2 (Compute)4. EKS / ECS (Container orchestration)5. RDS (Managed databases)6. CloudFront (CDN)7. Lambda (Serverless)8.
