Upvantix is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner providing AWS-focused consulting and managed services. We help organizations build, modernize, and operate on AWS — from cloud foundations and migrations to ongoing CloudOps and reliability.
The role
We’re hiring a remote Inside Sales Intern to support outbound and inbound sales for our AWS consulting and managed services offerings. No prior AWS or cloud sales experience is required. You’ll learn the offerings and sales process with guidance from sales leadership while helping with research, outreach, qualification, and early pipeline support.
Duration & stipend
- Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Work mode: Remote
What you’ll do
- Research target accounts and contacts as assigned
- Build and maintain prospect lists in our CRM (Zoho)
- Support LinkedIn / email outreach (drafts and follow-ups under guidance)
- Qualify interest using a simple discovery checklist
- Schedule intro calls and prepare brief account notes for the sales owner
- Track activity and next steps in CRM
- Learn Upvantix offerings: AWS consulting and managed services
- Support light proposal/SOW logistics (document prep, follow-ups) — not pricing or legal ownership
What we’re looking for
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, or IT/cloud services
- Clear written and spoken English; comfortable with LinkedIn and email
- Organized, coach able, and consistent with follow-ups
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets (Zoho CRM experience is a plus, not required)
- Willingness to learn AWS and cloud services concepts from scratch
- Reliable remote work setup and weekday availability (hours to be agreed)
Nice to have
- Any prior customer-facing, campus sales, or outreach experience (not required)
- Curiosity about technology or cloud (certifications not required)
