Hiring Immediately Centre Head for a Preschool Located in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool centre
  
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  
• Lead, supervise, and support teaching and non-teaching staff
  
• Manage admissions, parent communication, and student records
  
• Monitor curriculum implementation and classroom quality
  
• Organize staff training, events, and parent meetings
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and education standards
  
• Handle budgeting, inventory, and administrative responsibilities
  
• Build strong relationships with parents and the local community
  
• Drive enrolment growth and overall centre performance
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education / Early Childhood Education / Child Development
  
• Montessori or ECCEd certification preferred
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Basic computer and administrative skills
  

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in preschool teaching or administration
  
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  
• Experience in parent handling and team management is an advantage
  

Note:

School Timings: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Salary Offered: 10% to 15% hike on current salary (upto 55k)

Transportation provided within 25kms of school
