Microsoft Dynamics Finance Consultant

Role Overview :Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 platform and possess skills to architect solutions that deliver results for our clients.Responsibilities :- Interface with customer project stakeholders to elicit business and functional requirements.- Function as a subject matter expert for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization, and data integrity.- Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios.- Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer.- Participate and/or lead quality management reviews including designs, prototypes, and other stages of a project to ensure requirements are fulfilled.- Engage with project teams to gather assets, best practices, and guidance from our customers to integrate and/or improve our methodologies and end customer experience.- Ability to take Functional leadership in one specific product or area of business processes.- Own, investigate and solve complex customer technical/functional issues and serve as a point of contact to the customer to assist in resolving cases.- Drive the communication with the customer to ensure the customer has confidence on problem resolution.- Define and understand the customer issue by creating adequate reproduction scenarios.- Research, troubleshoot, develop, and implement a workaround (if needed) and gain agreement from customer on problem resolving.- Act as the L2/L3 (Level-2/Level-3) support to solve the customer issue.- Collaborate with cross-group peers both proactively and reactively.Proficiency in multiple business processes:1.
