Role Overview:
Lead QA & QC operations for rubber-related materials, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA & QC processes for rubber materials
- Ensure product quality consistency and testing standards
- Conduct lab analysis, validation, and performance testing
- Coordinate with production for process improvement
- Handle customer complaints and technical troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards
Candidate Profile:
- 10–17 years in rubber industry (mandatory)
- Strong experience in QA & QC functions
- Knowledge of raw materials and compounding behavior
- Hands-on lab/testing experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
