Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle client communication professionally through voice calls and chat support.2. Assist customers with queries, issue resolution, and service-related information.
3. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Follow up with clients and provide timely support and updates.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
