About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential candidates across the US.2. Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
3. Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and client contacts.
4. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects.
5. Understand the staffing requirements and share relevant leads.
6. Track, analyze, and report lead generation activities and results regularly.
7. Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
8. Stay updated with US staffing market trends, competition, and new business opportunities.
