We are looking for an energetic and ambitious sales development representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements and challenges.
3. Qualify leads based on defined criteria such as BANT.
4. Conduct effective discovery conversations and generate qualified demos for the Sales team.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date activities, follow-ups, and lead information in CRM.
6. Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
7. Work closely with account executives and the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
8. Meet and consistently achieve monthly SDR targets for qualified demos and opportunities.
9. Build a strong understanding of we360.ai's product, target audience, and value proposition.
10. Track prospect interactions and ensure there are no missed follow-ups.

Key performance indicators (KPIs):

1. Qualified demos generated per month.
2. Lead-to-demo conversion.
3. Follow-up effectiveness.
4. Outbound call and email activity.
5. CRM hygiene and activity updates.
6. Pipeline contribution.
7. Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.

10. Freshers with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply. Prior sales experience is not mandatory.
