Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through lead conversion and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Qualify incoming leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products.
• Follow up on leads, conduct product demos, and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect data.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech or Manpower Services sector.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools such as Exotel, Salesforce etc., and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
