Executive-Content, Creative & Marketing Coordination

We are looking for a marketing professional to support the day-to-day execution of content, creative, digital, and local marketing requirements. This is an execution-support and coordination role.

About the Role

The individual will work closely with the in-house designer to guide day-to-day creative production, share clear briefs, coordinate revisions, check basic creative quality, and ensure timely delivery of routine marketing collaterals. The person will also coordinate with external social media, SEO, and content teams for regular deliverables. The role requires strong follow-up, attention to detail, basic content judgment, and the ability to manage multiple small creative and content tasks on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Creative Production Support
• Work closely with the in-house designer on daily creative requirements across digital, social media, print, BTL, website, and internal communication.
• Understand creative requirements from the marketing team and convert them into clear, actionable briefs for the designer.
• Guide the designer on basic layout expectations, messaging hierarchy, copy placement, CTA, format, and adaptation requirements.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure feedback is clearly communicated to the designer.
• Check creatives for spelling, grammar, logo usage, formatting, readability, brand consistency, and alignment with the brief.
• Ensure timely delivery of routine creative jobs such as social media posts, banners, WhatsApp creatives, website banners, posters, standees, leaflets, brochures, and internal communication creatives.
• Maintain a tracker of creative requests, status, revisions, approvals, and final files.
• Content Coordination
• Support coordination of content requirements for social media, website pages, blogs, SEO content, brochures, and marketing material.
• Work with content writers, SEO teams, and internal stakeholders to collect required inputs.
• Review content for basic grammar, formatting, readability, and consistency.
• Ensure approved content is shared with the relevant teams for upload, publishing, or design adaptation.
• Social Media & Digital Support
• Coordinate with the external social media agency for monthly calendars, captions, creatives, reels, and routine content requirements.
• Track social media deliverables and ensure timely sharing of inputs and approvals.
• Support the digital marketing team with basic creative and content requirements for digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with SEO and website teams for minor content updates, page changes, and upload requirements.
• BTL & Local Marketing Support
• Assist in routine BTL and local marketing requirements such as camps, centre level branding, leaflets, standees, posters, banners, and local promotional material.
• Canva & Basic Design Support
• Create creatives on Canva when required, such as WhatsApp creatives, invitations, announcements, or internal communication material.
• Adapt approved design templates into different sizes and formats.
• Ensure Canva creatives follow basic brand guidelines, including logo placement, colours, fonts, and layout hygiene.
• Marketing Coordination & Admin Support
• Maintain trackers for creative jobs, content status, approvals, and agency deliverables.
• Organize creative files, content drafts, references, and final approved assets.
• Follow up with internal teams, designers, vendors, and agencies to ensure routine work moves on time.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day execution tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in creative development, marketing coordination, content support, creative coordination, social media coordination, or agency coordination.
• Basic understanding of marketing creatives, social media content, website content, and BTL material.
• Ability to work closely with designers and guide day-to-day creative output based on briefs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Canva.
• Ability to brief designers clearly and follow up on creative jobs.
• Good attention to detail, especially for spelling, formatting, readability, CTA clarity, and brand consistency.
• Comfortable coordinating with agencies, vendors, designers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks and timelines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining trackers.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, English, Design, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, wellness, retail, or service sector marketing will be preferred.
• Prior exposure to in-house design teams, social media agencies, SEO teams, or content teams will be an added advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

The role is primarily focused on day-to-day creative production support, designer coordination, content coordination, agency follow-ups, basic content checks, and marketing execution support.
