Forward Deployment Engineer - Generative AI

About the company:Aptlogica Technologies is a Pune-based technology company delivering AI/ML, Generative and Agentic AI, product engineering and cloud solutions for enterprise clients, alongside its own learning-technology products.About the role:Build and deploy AI applications in enterprise environments as a hands-on Forward Deployment Engineer with strong Python and Generative AI experience, working across AI agents, backend services, databases, data pipelines and frontend integrations alongside engineering and client teams.Key responsibilities:- Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases- Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LangGraph and related tools- Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI- Integrate AI applications with PostgreSQL, APIs and enterprise data sources- Build data ingestion pipelines and integrate ML models into production applications- Collaborate with frontend teams on React-based integrations and user experiences- Diagnose and resolve application, integration and AI workflow issues in deployed environments- Work with engineering and client teams throughout development and deployment, using Git-based workflowsRequired qualifications:- 3 - 7 years of overall professional experience, including 1 - 3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience- Strong Python development skills and experience building REST APIs with FastAPI- Solid understanding of Generative AI and LLM fundamentals- Experience developing AI agents or agentic workflows, with hands-on knowledge of LangGraph- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, ML models and data ingestion pipelines- Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflowsPreferred qualifications:- Exposure to React and frontend integration workflows- Experience deploying and supporting AI applications in production- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerisation- Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and data sourcesInterview process:One interview round with Aptlogica, followed by one or two client interview rounds.Openings and Locations:- 1 position- Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
