CDNA_Sr Manager - Investment and Media Analytics TA Lead

Senior Manager role leading marketing analytics delivery for assigned therapeutic areas within Amgen's Decision Sciences team in India. Responsible for developing advanced analytics solutions, mentoring data science teams, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations for U.S.-based stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics, predictive models, and measurement frameworks for assigned therapeutic areas
- Partner with investment and media teams to align analytics with brand strategies and business objectives
- Mentor L5 and L4 data scientists; manage prioritization, governance, and performance of TA-aligned projects
- Translate technical model outputs into actionable business narratives for U.S. stakeholders
- Represent Marketing Investment and Optimization capability in business reviews and enterprise forums
Requirements
- 12-17 years total experience; 7-10 years in advanced analytics, data science, or commercial effectiveness
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical brand investment decisions and commercial pharma measurement
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Databricks
- Experience leading and managing analytics delivery teams with global coordination
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to senior non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with pharma media analytics, marketing mix modeling, or omnichannel measurement preferred
