About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize MS Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking various processes and projects.
2. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
3. Implement and improve office procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
5. Manage office supplies and equipment and liaise with vendors as necessary.
6. Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
7. Provide general administrative support to the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
8. Scheduling appointments, implementing time-blocking for deep work, resolving scheduling conflicts, setting boundaries, and building buffer times between commitments to ensure maximum productivity and prevent burnout (mainly closely working with the CEO).

Other requirements

1. B.Tech or MCA in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in user psychology; or a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology or applied psychology with proven technical skills in wireframing, prototyping, or basic coding.

2. Candidates with a strong combination of technical capability and human-centered design thinking are encouraged to apply.
