AI Solutions Architect (Hands on)Full Stack Enterprise SaaS and Agentic SystemsLocation : India (Remote)Experience : 5+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role : We are looking for a highly capable AI Solutions Architect (Hands on) AI Integration & Full Stack Development to help evolve an enterprise SaaS platform by combining modern AI capabilities with scalable full-stack engineering.This is not just an implementation role the selected candidate will be expected to analyze the existing platform, identify impactful AI-driven workflows, propose scalable AI and agentic architecture strategies, and participate hands-on in implementation and delivery.The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating at the intersection of : - AI architecture,- Enterprise SaaS engineering,- Cloud-native systems,- Product-oriented technical leadership.The SaaS platform is built using : - Java (Backend)- React (Frontend)- MySQL (Database)- Microsoft Azure (Cloud Infrastructure)We prefer an Azure-first AI ecosystem using Azure AI Services and related pre-trained models.Role Focus : Primary Focus AI Architecture & Agent Development : - Analyze the current SaaS platform and identify AI workflows that best fit business use cases.- Propose and help define the AI architecture and agentic workflow strategy.- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI orchestration frameworks and agentic architectures based on scalability, maintainability, and business alignment.- Research and evaluate modern AI technologies, tools, and frameworks suitable for enterprise SaaS products.- Develop agentic AI applications capable of planning, reasoning, and executing enterprise workflows.- Implement multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.- Build prompt workflows, agent memory, tool usage, and repeatable execution pipelines.- Monitor performance, response quality, scalability, and cost efficiency of deployed AI components.- Support testing, observability, continuous improvement, and production readiness of AI systems.- Collaborate with management and product teams to translate business workflows into practical AI-enabled solutions.Secondary Focus Full Stack Development & Technical Leadership : Development Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Framework.- Implement and enhance frontend features using React.- Manage databases using MySQL and optimize performance for high-traffic applications.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment processes using Azure DevOps.- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in frontend and backend systems.- Maintain version control using Git and actively participate in code reviews and refactoring efforts.- Deploy and manage applications and services within Microsoft Azure.- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.Implementation & Team Responsibilities :- Collaborate with and guide internal/external development teams to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with architectural goals.- Manage customer requirements and transform business demands into implementation items and technical workflows.- Define technical requirements and provide accurate effort estimations for new initiatives and features.- Participate in architectural discussions for SaaS application design and scalability.- Support release planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth product delivery.- Work closely with Product, UX, Cloud, and Engineering teams.Technical Skills : Must-Have Skills : - 5+ years of professional software development experience.- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and agent-based systems.- Strong expertise in Java backend development.- Strong understanding of Spring Framework / Spring Boot.- Experience with cloud-native architectures and REST integrations.- Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.- Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM limitations.- Experience evaluating or implementing AI orchestration frameworks.- Hands-on experience with MySQL database design and optimization.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.- Strong understanding of microservice architectures and scalable SaaS systems.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.- Strong problem-solving capability and ability to independently handle complex technical challenges.Highly Valued Skills : - Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Azure Cognitive Services.- Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.- Experience integrating APIs from LLM providers such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.- Experience with React and modern frontend development.- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud deployment environments.- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and enterprise security considerations.- Experience in architectural design of enterprise SaaS applications.- Experience managing development teams or leading technical initiatives.What We Value : -
