Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behaviour and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation (IC) admin processes for the sales field, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations. Utilize SQL, Python and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, evaluate performance metrics, and generate insightful reports for sales operations and management.
