Job Overview

Samyak Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading supplier of tools, machinery, and consumables to the jewellery manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive 3D to join our team. This is a Full-Time position based in Mumbai, India . The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong background in technical sales, responsible for driving the growth of our 3D technology product line. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by building strong relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and key industry professionals, and establishing our company as a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for our 3D technology solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewellery manufacturing sector across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to secure new business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product positioning.
• Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitor products to identify new opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.

 

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior sales role, preferably within the jewellery technology, capital equipment, or 3D printing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the jewellery manufacturing process is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex 3D technology, including CAD/CAM software and 3D printing equipment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
• A self-motivated and results-orientated individual with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
