Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, engaging prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting IT solutions that align with client requirements. The IT Sales Executive / BDE will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.

Location : Noida Sector 63, H block 25

Looking for energetic & result-driven BDEs with experience in International IT Sales who are passionate about closing deals and growing in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

1. Generate leads from international markets (US, UK, Canada)
2. Handle outbound/inbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
3. Understand client requirements & offer IT solutions
4. Close deals & achieve monthly targets
5. Build long-term client relationships

What Were Looking For:

1. Minimum 2+ years in IT Sales / Business Development
2. Strong English communication (mandatory)
3. Experience in Web/Mobile/Digital Marketing sales
4. Knowledge of Upwork/Freelancer is a plus

Qualifications:

• Strong IT Sales and Business Development skills, with experience selling IT services or digital solutions.
• Understanding of Information Technology concepts, digital solutions, and software development services to communicate value effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or related IT domains.
• Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
