We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused 'Operations Executive' to manage travel packages and ensure the seamless execution of client travel plans. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating bookings, working closely with travel partners, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand customer travel requirements and execute bookings efficiently.
2. Prepare and share detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel recommendations.
3. Guide customers through the booking process and provide post-booking support.
4. Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
5. Respond to customer queries promptly and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, timely, and personalized service.

5. 0–2 years of experience in operations or relevant internships preferred (freshers may apply).
