Test Automation Engineer - Python

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, Python, API Automation, and Infrastructure Validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust automation frameworks, validating cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to drive automation excellence and improve release quality.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable API automation frameworks using Python.- Perform end-to-end testing of cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.- Validate cloud infrastructure, deployments, configurations, and system reliability across Azure or other cloud platforms.- Execute automated regression, integration, and API test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines.- Develop and maintain reusable test scripts and automation utilities.- Validate application performance, scalability, and deployment health in cloud environments.- Collaborate with DevOps, Developers, and Product teams to ensure high-quality software releases.- Identify, log, track, and verify defects while ensuring timely resolution.- Continuously improve automation coverage, testing processes, and quality engineering practices.Required Skills:- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.- Proficiency in Python programming.- Hands-on experience in API Test Automation (REST APIs).- Experience in Infrastructure Validation on Azure or any major cloud platform (AWS/GCP).- Strong knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.- Understanding of cloud architecture, deployments, and infrastructure testing.Good to Have:- Experience with Azure Monitor.- Exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing and Business Continuity Validation.- Knowledge of performance, resilience, and reliability testing.- Familiarity with containerized environments and DevOps practices.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Azure certifications are an added advantage.Why Join Us:- Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and enterprise-scale applications.- Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.- Opportunity to build scalable automation solutions and enhance cloud quality engineering practices.
