Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Mid-level experience (2-5 years) in tele-calling or customer service. • Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. • Familiarity with banking products, financial regulations, and industry best practices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
