Assistant Manager Finance

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Assistant Manager Finance to deliver financial analysis and planning for Wound Closure and Biosurgery franchises in Mumbai. The role combines franchise-level financial management, business partnering, and strategic planning while supporting compliance and cash flow optimization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver franchise contribution, gross profit, and spend analysis for assigned franchises
- Lead annual business planning, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles
- Support marketing and franchise initiatives with financial analysis and recommendations
- Conduct period closing activities, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Partner with supply chain and stakeholders on integrated business planning and cash flow initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA qualification
- 4–7 years of related finance or accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills with business acumen and financial principles knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence business stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Data analytics passion with independent thinking and planning capabilities
