Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting client queries, and providing high-quality customer service. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with anyone; Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage customer issues within defined SLAs. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and strong interpersonal skills to address client needs effectively. Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support with a focus on resolving Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace issues. Strong Communication skills to provide clear explanations and updates to clients and team members. Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, and remote sessions Draft clear, structured, and professional email responses to customers Perform timely follow-ups to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. A background in IT, Computer Engineering, or related technical field is preferred. Familiarity with IT infrastructure management (cloud or on-premise) is a plus.
