Role :Senior Gen AI with Full stack Engineer with 7 - 10 years experienceTechnology :- LLMs- Prompt Eng.- LangChain- NLP- Agentic AI- Python (A)- RAGResponsibilities :- Build and deploy LLM-powered AI agents to automate and optimize new or existing business/product workflows.- Evaluate and compare LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG and AI products to identify the best-fit solution for each use case.- Analyze product gaps and recommend AI-driven efficiency improvements.- Design retrieval, tooling, and guardrails to ensure reliable, safe, and scalable agent behavior.- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.- Create and deliver KT and enablement for teams to adopt AI agents effectively.- Monitor performance using evaluation metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement loops.- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models and LLM-based applications to address specific client business requirements and improve process automation.- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable AI roadmaps and high-performance technical specifications.- Mentor a team of engineers by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices for model fine-tuning, and ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
