Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with prospective students through calls and understand their career goals and learning requirements.2. Explain Zell Education's courses, professional certifications, and learning programs.
3. Recommend suitable courses based on students' interests, qualifications, and career aspirations.
4. Follow up with leads, address queries, handle objections, and convert prospects into enrollments.
5. Drive sales through effective communication, relationship building, and consultative selling.
6. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students throughout the admission process.
8. Update lead details, sales activities, and follow-up records in the CRM.
9. Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.
10. Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitor programs.
