Montro is an AI Governance and SaaS Intelligence Platform designed to ensure compliance with European regulations such as the EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2. Montro provides IT and security teams with complete visibility into their SaaS and AI ecosystems, offering automated risk classification, compliance workflow automation, and audit-ready reporting. By addressing the challenges of shadow AI and risk exposure, Montro enables organizations to enforce governance policies, maintain accurate inventories for audits, and monitor compliance within a unified platform. Our mission is to empower businesses to manage their AI and SaaS tools with transparency and control. The Role This is a hands-on internship at the centre of Montro's early commercial momentum. You will own two things that matter enormously right now: the research engine that gives Montro market intelligence, and the event and outreach activities that put Montro in front of the right people. Your primary responsibility will be building and administering Montro's AI Governance Self-Assessment that helps European organisations understand their exposure across GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2. You will work directly with the founders, manage real stakeholder communications, and see the direct impact of your work on the company's pipeline. What You Will Do Self-assessment questionnaire Set up and maintain the questionnaire platform, logic, and scoring framework Monitor responses, maintain the dataset, and produce regular summary reports for the founders Iterate on the tool based on user feedback and completion data Research Track market developments across AI governance, EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and shadow AI Monitor competitor activity, regulatory updates, and relevant industry news Support the development of original content and thought leadership pieces Events and outreach C
