As a quality consultant at Dharma Consulting, you will play a crucial role in transforming our clients' manufacturing processes through MES implementation and process standardization. If you have a background in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and a passion for driving operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
2. Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize production efficiency and quality control measures.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of current quality control practices and recommend improvements to increase overall product quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and develop action plans for resolution.
5. Provide training and support to client teams on quality management principles and best practices.
6. Utilize data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement in production processes.
7. Act as a subject matter expert on quality management systems and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on quality-related matters.
