Operations Manager

We’re looking for someone who can run the engine behind the brand from managing day-to-day operations to ensuring every drop, dispatch, and digital campaign lands perfectly. This role blends operations + marketing execution , so if you understand both backend hustle and front-end hype , this is for you. Key Responsibilities : 1. Operations & Supply Chain Manage end-to-end order lifecycle – from website order to final delivery Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners Track inventory, stock levels, and restocks to avoid stockouts Ensure smooth execution of product drops (limited releases) Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issue resolution 2. E-commerce & Website Management Oversee website operations (Shopify or equivalent) Ensure product listings, pricing, and collections are always updated Monitor order flow, payment issues, and backend dashboards Improve conversion rates and checkout experience 3. Marketing Execution & Growth Work closely with the creative team to execute campaigns & drops Coordinate Instagram launches, influencer collaborations, and reels Track campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints Support in planning collabs, pop-ups, and offline activations 4. Customer Experience Own the end-to-end customer journey Ensure fast response time on DMs, emails, and queries Build processes that create a premium yet relatable brand experience
