Software QA / Testing Engineer
Bangalore | Early-stage startup | Full-time
We are a small, fast-moving team building AI-powered software for restaurants. We're 3-4 people deep, and we're looking for someone to grow with us from the ground up. Not looking for: Someone who just files tickets and waits. We need a builder. Key responsibilities:
1. Test features before they go live and identify bugs before users encounter them.
2. Write and maintain test cases, starting with manual testing and gradually supporting automation as the company scales.
3. Work directly with developers to identify issues early in the build cycle.
4. Help define quality standards as the company grows. What we're looking for:
1. 1-3 years of experience in software testing or QA.
2. Comfortable with manual testing, while basic automation knowledge is a plus.
3. Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Selenium, or similar platforms.
4. Curious, proactive, and clear communicator who can work independently.
5. Based in Bangalore. What you get:
