Back End Developer

Position: Senior Backend Developer (2 Openings) Location: India (Remote – any location) Experience: 7+ years Working Hours: US / UK time zones (60% US / 40% UK) About the Role: We are seeking experienced Backend Developers to join our team. Beyond core technical skills, we value candidates with experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise-scale systems. In our environment, stability, compliance, and documentation matter as much as speed. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python (Flask/FastAPI) in production environments. Build secure, scalable APIs with authentication, rate limiting, and logging in mind. Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes. Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). Work with AWS cloud infrastructure, including IAM roles and secure access. Apply OAuth2/OIDC for Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. Ensure compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards in development processes.
