Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities.Key Responsibilities : - Define and own Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap.- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.- Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts across projects.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.- Oversee integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms.- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.- Manage and guide teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Required Candidate Profile : - 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise.- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, and platform capabilities.- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Strong experience in integrations and data architecture.- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.- Ability to handle complex enterprise-level implementations.- Salesforce certifications (Architect-level preferred).
