About the job
We are seeking a Demand Generation Executive / Junior Sales professional who thrives in a fast paced, target-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, engaging prospective customers, and creating qualified sales opportunities.
You'll work closely with Marketing and the Sales team to identify, connect with, and qualify enterprise prospects, helping accelerate Asper's growth.
What will you do:
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and buying potential.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for the Sales team and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and the AI technology landscape
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is a must.
- MBA or master's degree in management is highly preferred.
Experience
- 35 years of experience in Demand Generation, Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or technology companies is preferred.
- Proven success in generating leads and building sales pipeline.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and execution skills.
